The intention of this 5 day retreat is to slow down the pace. The body and the mind.

Looking back into the year that has passed and integrating all wins and all challenges.

What do we want to RELEASE for good? What highlights can we take to further grow and expand in the New Year? How can we BE more in LOVE with life itself?

What will be provided for the retreat?

After booking is completed you will receive a welcome email with important information and preparation instructions and a PDF workbook to support you throughout the retreat.

You will receive the login details to the retreat homepage where you will find all the scheduled live stream videos and the according Zoom links for workshops. All yoga classes will NOT be held on Zoom but in a HQ streaming version on the page for a great viewing experience at home. All recordings will stay on the page to access later. (Access will be available until 31st January 2022).

What do I need for the retreat?


  • Yoga Mat, Cushion or Yoga Block, Blanket

  • Smudge Stick or herbs / resin to burn

  • Pen (Workbook will be provided)
