This program integrates yoga, myofascial release, yoni egg practices, tantric teachings, and voice activation into a transformative 6-week journey. What time do I need to invest into the course?
You will need to dedicate about 1 hour each week for the live call and practice and then at your own time between 10-20 mins 3 more days a week (you can practice more than that and get more benefit).
Every week you will get

1 Live Yoga & Movement Class focused all around the hips, pelvis and the lower back

1 Yoni Egg or Tantric Audio Practice (alternating each week) to nurture and restore your connection to your feminine energy.

1 Self-Practice Sequence (10-15 minutes) with yoga and rolling exercises to integrate your practices and deepen the work from our live class at the beginning of the week. It is recommended to do these at least on 2 days per week.
